Good News Club

The Good News Club is a ministry of Child Evangelism Fellowship and meets at North Myrtle Beach Intermediate School each Tuesday afternoon at 2:45 PM. The Club is open to all boys and girls between the ages of five and twelve, regardless of religious background. LRUMC is the host for the Fourth and Fifth Grades at North Myrtle Beach Intermediate School. Each week the children learn dynamic Bible Lessons are involved in creative learning activities and learn meaningful songs and are taught life-changing scripture to memory. The club teaches Biblical principles; moral values; character qualities and respect for authority.

Members of LRUMC involved in this ministry are: Beth Coley, Susan Clayton, Pastor Randi Godfrey; Mel Gress; Margie Hoskins; Chuck Jordan, Joan Moales, Don Parries,  Marianne Schuler; Jane Swanson and Jan Weiss. Also a part of the team from other local churches are Betty Jo Capps; and Sherri Busick
